With Senior QGSSSA Softball season upon us, here’s the competition information you’ll need for the season ahead:
Competition Dates
Saturdays 3, 10, 17, 24 February and 3 March. (Wet weather day 10 March)
Games start 7:30am.
Presentations will take place immediately following the final round of games on Saturday 3 March.
MARCH UPDATE: due to washouts, all games originally scheduled for 24 February will now be played on 3 March. All games originally scheduled for 3 March will now be played on 10 March.
Fixture, Ladders and Results
Available via the QGSSSA homepage by clicking on the Softball logo then selecting the division you wish to view (Open, Senior A or Senior B). Results will be updated live as games are completed.
Venue Map
The majority of games at Downey Park will be played on the Noble Street side of the venue. For a map of the diamond layout, click here.
Parking
Street parking is available on Noble Street and in the car park at the end of Noble Street. QGSSSA spectators and Officials are asked not to park in the Brisbane Softball Association car park on Green Terrace as the space is required by the Association.
Canteen
A mobile canteen will be circulating the venue with refreshments available for purchase.
