Important Update Regarding Competition Ladders
The QGSSSA Board has approved a 12-month trial of the Points Per Game (PPG) model for all team sports during the 2026 sporting season. Under the Points Per Game (PPG) model, ladder positions will be determined by dividing the total points earned by the number of games played. This approach aims to minimise the impact of abandoned rounds and unequal numbers of games played, while more consistently rewarding teams that remain undefeated across the season.
Please note that the ladders currently displayed on the QGSSSA website reflect the total competition points earned, prior to the Points Per Game calculation being applied. The final ladder placings for the season will be published below once confirmed.
